Eating well or taking supplements is pointless if you can’t digest them. The key to good digestion is enzymes. There are enzymes in the food you eat if you eat it raw and there are enzymes in your body. If all you ever eat is cooked, processed and/or packaged foods chances are you are deficient in enzymes.
