After years and years of pain I was diagnosed with a disc herniation in my neck. I tried acupuncture, massage and PT. Each thing helped a little but I was still in pain. After my first visit I started to feel better and the care I was receiving helped alleviate the pain and helped increase the mobility of my neck.
